Creating/changing/deleting a user profile
Creating a user profile or changing or deleting an existing profile is only possible with admin-
istrator rights. Administrators can also block "Extended user".
1.
In the start window, press the [S
ETTINGS
]
button.
2.
Select the menu item [U
SER MANAGE-
MENT
].
3.
Press [A
DD
] to create a new user profile or
[E
DIT
] to change an existing profile (e.g.,
to change the password).
Note
After confirming the confirmation message an
administrator can delete another user profile
with button [D
EL
]. The standard profile "ad-
ministrator" cannot be deleted.
4.
Enter the following data for a new user
profile:
–
U
SER NAME
(user management)
–
Password and password confirmation
–
Selection of the user level (U
SER LEV-
EL
)
Note:
By enabling the checkbox U
SER IS BLOCKED
an
administrator can block an "extended user"
profile.
5.
Confirm the entries with [O
K
] and exit the next screen also with [O
K
].
