Flash Programmer Utility

The ADSP-BF561 EZ-KIT Lite evaluation system includes a Flash Pro-
grammer utility. The utility allows you to program the flash memory on
the EZ-KIT Lite. The Flash Programmer is installed with Vi+.
Once the utility is installed, it is accessible from the
