The Amulet Hotkey DXMP 5000 Thin Client is a compact, multi-protocol client that
delivers powerful performance in virtualized and cloud deployments that require
simplicity and security.
The DXMP 5000 combines security and multi-protocol capability to support mixed-
protocol environments. With advanced thermal and EMI management in a robust
metal enclosure, the DXMP 5000 can connect to virtual or cloud desktops and
applications as well as to physical desktops.
The DXMP 5000, based on the Intel Core i5-7300U, supports two heads of video at
the desktop. The DXMP 5000 has four USB 2.0 ports, and one charging USB 3.0
port on the front. The DXMP 5000 has an RJ45 network port and is supplied with a
PSU and power cable. A version is also available with a built-in card-reader.
Before you start
You must first configure a remote computer, ready for connection to the
DXMP 5000. The remote computer must be powered and connected to the
appropriate network. You may need the IP address of the host.
STEP 1: Connect the monitors, Ethernet and power supply
1. Connect at least one compatible monitor to an HDMI port (

2. Connect the network cable to the RJ45 Ethernet port (

3. Connect the locking connector from the supplied PSU (

suitable outlet that is switched off.

STEP 2: Connect the Keyboard and Mouse
