Amsino shall not be liable for loss of or damage to the device during transport
to our customer service center. With the exception of the obligations set out in
this limited warranty, Amsino shall not be liable for direct or indirect damage or
damage by natural forces, regardless of the damage, whether based on an
agreement or the law or any other legal theory, even if Amsino has been
informed of the potential damage.
If, upon receipt, the pump packaging is damaged, user must ensure it is noted
on the courier’s paperwork.
