If the Fiber Optic Box is powered and does not show on Device Manager (Figure 8) please try a 
different:

If the Fiber Optic Box is powered and does show in Device Manager:

Verify if the sensor is correctly connected to the respective port. The green LED should 
be blinking if a sensor is connected

Verify if Sensor, Board and Viewer choices, in NanEye Viewer initial layout, are selected 
with the correct combination to program the FPGA 

● 

If it is not solved, please check section 2.1.3
