Re mo ve V-belt gu ard.
•
Check V-belt for ten sion and con di tion.
•
Ten si on if ne ces sa ry
•
Uns crew the nuts (

) of the rub ber stops on the out si de.
•
Push the up per tray (

) up wards on both sides.
•
Both buff ers should be equally pre-tensioned.
•
Tighten nuts (
1
).
•
Crank the drive man u ally and re-check ten sion and cor rect if
nec es sary.
•
Re pla ce V-belt gu ard.

Ten sion clutch halves. X= 10 mm.

Crank the dri ve ma nu al ly and re-check ten si on and cor rect if
ne ces sa ry.

Re pla ce V-belt gu ard.
