I forgot my master PIN.

Go to HELP & MORE under MENU. There you can send the master PIN to the saved e-mail
address or phone number.

My tablet has poor Wi-Fi reception.

Position the control unit closer to the WLAN router.
If you have a router that operates at 5 GHz, then it is recommended to use it because the
frequency is less common and you can achieve a better connection.

My tablet has bad GSM reception.

The networks of the various providers are expanded differently. First, it is advisable to
position the control panel in a different location where more reception is available. If this does
not bring success, we recommend you to change the provider. If you e.g. O2 should you
switch to Vodafone or another provider.

The portal reacts slowly.

Please delete the unnecessary photos, voice recordings, etc. This will result in less data
being loaded.

My tablet is slow or behaving strangely.

Please press the square icon in the bottom bar of the tablet and close all open programs
except the Bluetosec app.
Rebooting the tablet can also help.

The sent emails do not arrive.

Please check if there is an internet connection and if your e-mail address has been entered
correctly. Alternatively, please check a second e-mail address and check your SPAM folder.

The siren does not trigger.

Please check if the batteries are still live and correctly inserted. For mains sirens check the
supplied power supply and if available please insert another one. If the siren makes a sign
(test button plastic siren, red LED lights up Prog button, etc.), please re-learn the siren in the
smart home radio transmitter.

My motion detector is not working.
