Step 7 Connect the Keyboard Cable

The keyboard attaches via a standard 5-pin DIN keyboard connector. Adjacent to the keyboard connector is
a 10-pin berg for attaching a PS/2-type mouse.

The keyboard connector is a 5-pin DIN socket labeled KEYBRD and J6 on the motherboard. The keyboard
connector position is shown on page 32. Attach a standard AT-compatible keyboard cable. Use a 5-pin DIN
to 6-pin miniDIN converter to connect a PS/2-type keyboard.
