Using Patterns with Privacy
Zones and Direction Indicators
In order to use patterns with Privacy Zones and
Direction Indicators effectively, separate patterns
should be programmed to run when Privacy Zones
are active and when Privacy Zones are hidden.
1. Determine if Direction Indicators will be used.

If Direction Indicators will be used, follow
the instructions in the “
DeltaDome II
Configuration Utility Operator's Manual
”
(8000-2697-02) to display them.

If Direction Indicators will not be used,
continue with step 2.
2. Program the Privacy Zones. Follow the
instructions in the “
DeltaDome II Configuration
Utility Operator's Manual
”.
3. Program a pattern (for example, Pattern 1).
Follow the instructions included with your video
control system.
Use this pattern when Privacy Zones are
active.
4. Hide the Privacy Zones. Follow the instructions
in the “
DeltaDome II Configuration Utility
Operator's Manual
”.
5. Program a second pattern (for example,
Pattern 2). Follow the instructions included with
your video control system.
Use this pattern when Privacy Zones are
hidden.
IMPORTANT!
Only 3 patterns may be programmed for each
dome. If you must have two Patterns for use when
Privacy Zones are displayed or hidden, only one
other pattern may be programmed.
