AmbiCom Wave2Net 54g CompactFlash Card
Model:
WL54-CF
T
he WL54-CF gives you the freedom to work your way, from wherever you
want. The industry standard IEEE 802.11g featuring advanced silicon chip
design and is capable of delivering data transfer rates up to 54Mbps. It is
ready to run in Type II Compact Flash-equipped PDAs running Windows CE,
the WL54-CF is truly a “must-have” for all PDA users.
802.11g shares the same 2.4GHz frequency band which 802.11b uses. The
radio circuitry and the chip are designed to work with existing 11Mbps
802.11b equipment installed earlier. Whichever standard is used, WL54-CF is ready to connect. And it is
simple to use. The included Setup Wizard will walk you through configuring the adapter to your network's
settings, step by step. Just slide it into the CF slot of your PDA and enjoy network access, while retaining
true mobility.
