Storage
All parts must be completely dry before being stored.
− Always store the product in a dry area.
− Protect the product from direct sunlight.
− Store the product so that it is not accessible to children.
Troubleshooting
The product left our warehouse in perfect condition. If you do, however, discover
a problem, please use the troubleshooting guide below. If you do not succeed,
contact our customer service department.
Problem Possible cause Troubleshooting
The product
does not work. The power cord is not
connected to an outlet. Connect the product to a
properly installed outlet.
The setting for the cooking
is incomplete .
Complete the setting and
briefly press the button to
start cooking.
The food is not
fully cooked.
The fryer basket is
overfilled.
Reduce the quantity of food
or cut the food into smaller
pieces.
The cooking temperature is
too low or the cooking time
is too short.
Press to increase the
cooking temperature or
press to increase the
cooking time.
The food is not
cooked evenly.
The food items are packed
in too tightly.
Toss the food inside the fryer
pan to distribute the food
evenly. Some food items
have to be tossed or mixed
after approx. half of the
cooking time.
The fried food
is not crunchy
enough.
The food items used are not
suitable for the product.
Use snacks that are
oven-ready or lightly greased
for crunchier results.
The product does
not close.
The fryer pan is overfilled. Fill the fryer pan to the max
fill line.
