5.28 ZG-B Drive
5.28.1 AMATRON 3 in-cab terminal
The AMATRON 3 in-cab terminal (Fig. 59) con-
trols, operates and monitors the ZG-B Drive in a
convenient manner.
The spread rate is set electronically via adjust-
ment the speed of the conveyer belt. The slider
position required for a specific spreading quantity
is determined by means of fertiliser calibration.
The hydraulic functions are operated using
the
AMATRON 3:
ο
Open and close the slide gates.
ο
Take the Limiter M into and out of ser-
vice
ο
Setting the quantity
ο
Open and close the hopper covers.

To start up the ZG-B , the basic data for the rele-
vant machine type must be selected in the Setup
menu on the AMATRON 3 (Fig. 60).
