Changing the blank holder
In delivery condition, the milling machine is
equipped with one blank holder. For processing
varying materials, it may be required to use a dif-
ferent blank holder.
To change the blank holder:

In the start screen, press button
Machine.
▷
In the Service menu, press button
Change
blank holder and follow the instructions on the
screen.

Transfer of milling and grinding
jobs
▷
Transferring jobs from the CAD software to the
machine.
▷
When the job is successfully transferred: Press
Setup button.
All necessary components are checked for via
the screen, e.g.:
▪
Is the correct blank holder inserted?
▪
Are the necessary tools available?
▪
Is the correct block inserted?
▪
Is the correct coolant tank inserted?
NOTE:
Inaccurate working results or damage to the
blank holder possible!
▷
Tighten fastening screw only with the supplied
torque wrench.
If the wrong job is selected, it can be
deleted using the button
.
