Checking
▷
After cleaning/disinfection, check all compo-
nents for corrosion, damaged surfaces and con-
tamination.
▷
Do not continue to use damaged components.
▷
Clean and disinfect components again that are
still contaminated.
▷
When the maximum number of preparation
cycles has been reached: Dispose of compo-
nents.

Maintenance

Do
not
assemble components before packing
and sterilisation.

Material Resistance
The cleaning/disinfection agents may
not
contain
the following substances:
_
Organic, mineral and oxidizing acids (lowest
permissible pH value 6.5)
_
Alkaline solutions (maximum permissible pH
value 8.5); neutral/enzymatic cleaner recom-
mended
_
Organic solvents (e.g. acetone, ether, alcohol,
petrol)
_
Oxidizing agents (e.g. peroxides)
_
Halogens (chlorine, iodine, bromine)
_
Aromatic, halogenated hydrocarbons

Reusability
Undamaged and clean components can be reused
50 times.
The user is responsible for any use beyond this
(no liability in the event of non-observance).
NOTE:
Contamination of the cleaned/disinfected com-
ponents!

Do not apply oils or greases to the compo-
nents.
Components not in contact with patients
may not be sterilised!
NOTE:
Possible damage to components due to
improper cleaning!
▷
Do
not
clean components with metal brushes
or steel wool.
▷
Do
not
use acid neutralisers or rinsing agents.
▷
Do
not
subject components to temperatures
above 142
