Use with Ceramill ZI/ZI CAM
▷
Mix the base shade.
▷
Process the milled frames of Ceramill ZI/Ceramill ZI CAM as follows:

Immerse into the base shade for 2 minutes
▪
Wipe dry with a paper tissue
▪
Dry in an enclosed ceramic furnace for
30
minutes at 80
°C
▪
Sinter in the Ceramill Therm (178300/178350).
Color-mixing chart for Ceramill ZI
The information on shade allocation and mixing the dye solutions are
recommendations by AmannGirrbach. Everyone has a different color
perception. Therefore, it is advisable to produce shade samples prior
to staining the actual object.
NOTE:
Ensure there are no metal traces on the objects.

Use only plastic tweezers for immersing.

To achieve a less intense shading:
▷
Increase the amount of distilled water.
