Maintenance
Always inspect the air filters of the Control Unit and the Head Unit before starting the equipment.
If they are dusty, vacuum them. Every 1 to 6 months, remove the air filters and wash them with a mild
detergent. (The filters may become dirtier in some operating environments.)
4.3.1 Control Unit

ML-7111A and ML-9001A
Have the following items ready when replacing the air filter on the ML-7111A and ML-9001A:

Phillips screwdriver

Remove the front cover by unscrewing
the four screws on the side panel and
pulling the cover toward you.
4.3 Air Filter Inspection and Replacement
Dirty air filters will increase the internal temperature, which may in turn damage the
equipment. Keep the filters clean.
