3 . Connecting the Hose for Cooling Water
This section explains how to connect the hose for cooling water to the cooling
water inlet and the cooling water outlet .
Item required
Braided hose (Inner diameter: φ 15 mm), hose clip, slotted screwdriver, tube (φ 8 and
φ 6) (attached to the chiller), coupling (attached to the chiller), and spanner (14 mm)
Operating Procedure
(1) Connect the attached braided hoses to the cooling water inlet and the cooling
water outlet on the rear surface of the main unit, and fix them with
hose clips.
Connect each end of the hoses to the water discharge port and the water outlet
and inlet of the chiller.

Be careful about INLET and OUTLET.
(2) Connect the attached
φ 8 tubes to the chiller connector, and fix them with
hose
clips.
(3) Connect the
φ 8 tubes connected to the chiller to the pipes of the fiber connector
after being relayed by the φ 6 tubes with couplings
.

It is recommended that the length of the φ 6 tube be 100 mm or shorter on each
side of IN/OUT. When the length is longer than 100 mm, the pressure loss be-
comes greater and a flow rate error may occur.
