The flow rate of the cooling water is out of range.
Confirm that the pipe is not broken and adjust the flow rate with the adjusting valve.
Flowrate to optical fiber is 1.5 to 2.5 ℓ/min. and to laser welder is 15 to 25 ℓ/min.
AL32
The power to the laser welder is turned OFF. Confirm that there is no error and turn ON the laser
welder.
Or an error has occurred with the laser welder. Check the display screen of the laser welder.
For errors other than above, refer to the operation manual for the chiller.
