If this error happens often by restarting, consult us.

LD CIRCUIT-PROTECTOR WORK-
ING
OFF ON
The circuit-protector has worked in LD circuit.
Consult us.
255 DRY-AIR WARNING - -
The cooling water is too cold,or the air is too humid.
Place LASER in an atmosphere under the specifi -
cation.
256 OUT OF TEMPERATURE-RANGE OFF ON
The temperature is out of available range. → P.48
Please keep the temperature available.
257 HOST DEVICE ERROR OFF ON
The alarm signal is ON in host-device.
Check the host-device's manuals.
259 MONITOR-POWER UNEXPECTED OFF ON
The power-monitor detects outputs without emis-
sion. → P.141
Change the monitor-scale, in CL-E mode. Other-
wise, the monitor-circuit is broken, consult us in this
case.

oscillator.
Control the humidity low, if the humidity is too high.

tor.
Control the humidity low, if the humidity is too high.

The flow rate of the cooling water is out of range.
Confirm that the pipe is not broken and adjust the flow rate with the adjusting valve.
Flowrate to optical fiber is 1.5 to 2.5 ℓ/min. and to laser welder is 15 to 25 ℓ/min.
AL32
The power to the laser welder is turned OFF. Confirm that there is no error and turn ON the laser
welder.
Or an error has occurred with the laser welder. Check the display screen of the laser welder.
For errors other than above, refer to the operation manual for the chiller.
