(3) Installing Fan Blades: Installation of Fan Blades

Required Components: Fan Blade*5, winglet*5, Aluminum Mounting Clamp*5, Clamp Washer*5, Self-Tapping Screw

(M4*20*10 pieces)

Installing Steps: Tighten fan blades to airfoils with screws, torque to 3.5 NM, (A). Assemble them with fan unit by overhead

operation (B). Avoid scratching surfaces of fan blades when installing fan blades, apply loctite to all screws.

Attention: When installing one fan blade, the other person needs to support fan blade to prevent fan blade from

sliding, the rest fan blades need to be installed by diagonal way.
