Restore

Clicking the Restore tab brings up a dialog box that looks similar to the one 
below:

The dialog box is divided into three panels, as described in the table below:

You can use this to check that the CC2000 service is up 
and running normally.

CC2000 Restore

Used to restore the CC2000’s master server database to a 
previously saved version (see 

Backup the Master Server 

Database

Browse

 to navigate to the 

location of the file. After you select the file and return to 
the dialog box, click 

Start

 to begin the operation. The 

progress of the operation is indicated in the

Administrator 
Management

Clicking 

Reset

 returns the default System Administrator’s 

account to the default (administrator / password). If this 
account has been Locked (see
