Control Panel
a)
Check that the cylinder is full of water, and that the system has been purged of air
b)
Turn the power onto the Solar Box at the power point
c)
Press the general ON/OFF button (K4) for 3 seconds to turn the system on
i.
The OFF state is signalled by OFF on the display and all lights are off
ii.
The ON state is signalled by the light L7 on
d)
Turn the Compressor on by pressing CP button (K3) for 3 seconds.
i.
Water pump will start (L2) and Compressor light (L1) will start to flash
ii.
After 1 minute the compressor will start and the compressor light (L1) will stay on
e)
Check that the disinfect function is set up correctly,
i.
Set the Disinfect to weekly (CO1 = 1)
ii.
Check that the temperature is >60°C (PO5)
Notes
•
You may need to re purge the water in the heat exchanger using the bleed valve once the
water pump is running.
•
A high-pressure (HP) alarm, is normally a sign that there is an air lock in the pump or heat
exchanger.
•
If the hot water cylinder has been emptied, the system should be re-purged.
