10 Warranty Conditions
10.1 ALTAS warranty
10.1.1. The Vehicle shall be serviced in the authorized or other approved
service centres in accordance to warranty terms and regular
maintenance guidelines provided by the Company.
10.1.2. In case any component, part or material is replaced during the
warranty term with the new one, the warranty of such replaced
components, parts or materials shall not exceed the general
warranty term of the Vehicle (24 months after it’s first registration)
and shall expire at the same time as the warranty of the Vehicle.
10.1.3. Warranty of the Company shall not apply to and if:
•
components (parts, equipment) of the Vehicle delivered to the
Company for installation by the user;
•
components (parts, equipment) of the Vehicle selected by the user
from the third party manufacturers, if the Company notified the user
in advance that such components (parts, equipment) selected by the
user shall not function properly, shall be not compatible with other
components (parts, equipment) of the Vehicle and/or shall corrupt;
•
the Vehicle is used for other agendas not intended for the Vehicle
(e.g. transportation of cargo instead of passengers, participation in
racing events, etc.);
•
to any defects or failures caused or influenced by Car accident or in
case of a fire, flood, or other natural calamities;
•
installed elements are damaged during repair or maintenance works
in any workshop not authorized by the Company;
•
the user did not inform the Company about defects or failures
immediately (less than 5 business days) from the moment it has
been detected;
