1. If it happens occasionally, the inverter can re-
cover automatically, no processing is required.
2. If it persists, please contact the customer ser-
vice center for further check.

1. Confirm whether the installation environment
of the solar panels and their cables is wet and
the alarm occurs frequently, please improve the
installation environment if needed;
2. Confirm whether it is rainy weather when the
alarm occurs (may cause the air around the solar
panels and their cables to be humid). Generally,
the alarm will be automatically cleared after the
weather is clear, and no additional processing is
required;
3. If the insulation resistance alarm occurs fre-
quently and there are no other alarms, discon-
nect all the solar panel strings, only connect a
single string to power on each time, and check
all the strings in turn to see if an alarm occurs,
so as to locate the abnormal string;
4. If the insulation resistance alarm and accom-
panied other alarms occur frequently, but the
inverter can sometimes be connected to the
grid to generate power, the insulation resistance
tester or megohmmeter can be used to measure
each string in turn to locate the abnormal string
(normally is megohm level);
5. If the insulation resistance alarm and accom-
panied other alarms occur frequently, but the
inverter has been unable to connect to the grid
to generate power, it can be judged that the in-
verter is faulty and contact customer service for
further check.
