The ports support full-duplex mode only.

SFP and SFP+ transceivers are sold separately. Refer to the
product’s data sheet on the Allied Telesis website for a list of
supported transceivers.
Note
The switches do not support the 7-meter SP10TW7 direct connect
twinax cable.

The GS970EMX Switches are fanless. Before installing a switch,
you should verify that the temperature and ventilation at the
installation site are suitable for the device. The operating
temperature range of the switches is provided in “Environmental
