9. THE MOTOR IS RUNNING, BUT AT AN ABNORMAL SPEED

Preliminary Checks:
a. Check all electrical connections between the interface board and the AC drive. Refer to reference point “1”

on the “No Motor Operation (with No AC Drive Fault)” schematic.

Secondary Checks:
a. Using a parameter unit, check the parameter set for your motor/AC drive combination.

NOTE: Contact the factory with your washer-extractor’s model and serial number to obtain the proper AC
drive illustration.

b. Check the control signals between the interface board and the AC drive with the voltage test shown on the

charts included on the following pages.
