        DF1 Point-to-Point Communication

Using a MicroLogix with 
DF1 Protocol out Channel 
One

After creating a new application, set up the channel 
configuration as shown below:

Then next thing is to create a file type String (ST) and a file type 
Message (MG) This is where the user will insert the ASCII / Hex 
commands and then send them out. 

3.

The last thing is to set up the ladder logic like shown below:

TIP

The examples below are one way to trigger 
messages in the InView using DF1 Protocol.
