Serial ASCII Communications

Using a SLC 5/03, 5/04, or
5/05 out Channel Zero

The SLC is set up very similar to the PLC. In fact it uses the same
ladder logic as the PLC shown below.

Create the new application and then set up the channel
configuration as shown.

Under the general tab make sure the mode for channel 0 is set
to USER.
