Configure Switch Features

   Chapter 3

Configure Traffic Permits and Fixups

Use caution when you configure traffic permits and fixups. We recommend 
that you use the default values.

1.

Click the Advanced tab.

2.

In the Traffic Permits table, choose one of these options for unsupported 
incoming and outgoing packets:

•

Pass-Through—Permit the packets to pass across the NAT boundary.

•

Blocked—Drop the packets.

3.

In the Fix-up Packets area, check or clear the checkboxes to enable or 
disable protocol fixups for ARP and ICMP.

By default, fixups are enabled for both ARP and ICMP.
