Power Traces Circuit Board
Replacement Remove the Power Traces Circuit Board
The power traces circuit board is only contained in 17 A and 60 A frame A
field controllers.
1. Read the General Safety Precautions on page 10 .
2. Remove power from the device (see page 33 ).
3. Remove the protective covers (see page 36 ).
4. Remove the M5 x 10 mm screws and washers that secure the terminal
lugs (if present) and power and ground wiring to terminals U, V, W, C,
D, and PE at the bottom of the device.
5. Remove the control EMI shield and control board (see page 48 ).
6. Remove the pulse transformer and switching power supply circuit
boards (see page 50 ).
