Your camera includes this document and the following items shown below:

Video test cable (adapts the camera CVBS port to BNC for local NTSC video out)

Plastic flex tube (see below) 

Step 1.  Install the camera

The camera includes hardware to install it directly to most mounting surfaces, such as a ceiling. Camera 
drop cables are routed through the plastic flex tub that can be attached to either the conduit port on the 
side of the dome assembly or in the base. To install the camera: 
1. 

Remove the dome assembly by loosening the three captive dome screws using the security 
L-wrench provided. The dome assembly can remained attached to the camera, if you prefer, with 
tether (not shown). 

2. 

Remove the black liner from the camera gimbal assembly. 

3. 

Install a microSD card in the SD card slot, if needed. 

4. 

To mount the camera, do one of the following: 

To mount the camera directly onto a ceiling 

1. 

Determine the best fasteners 
for securing the camera 
to mounting surface. The 
mounting hardware provided 
is suitable for most surfaces. 
Depending on the mounting 
surface material, wall inserts 
may be required. 

2. 

Using the Drilling Template 
provided, mark the location of 
the mounting screw holes. If 
the drop cable will be routed 
through the mounting surface, 
mark the location of the hole 
for the camera drop cables or 
conduit. 

3. 

Drill holes for the mounting 
fasteners, and for the drop cable 
where needed.

4. 

Partially install three mounting screws in the holes.
