20.3 Excel file to import the transponder mapping:
The first row shows the transponder ID and the second row the
bib. No header is needed.
You can also export the transponder mapping to Excel by clicking
on
.
20.4 Adjustments in the Transponder Mode
20.4.1 Settings
The following ID data can be transferred from the transponder
to the bib (ID-number) of the OPTIc3:
•
Transponder list: according to the list, the transponder
number is converted into a bib
•
Via short number: the transponder short number is con-
verted into the bib according to the list
•
Transponder number = Bib: The transponder number is
the same as the bib of the OPTIc3
20.4.2 Timing Mode
It must be set, whether the transponder system transmits with
times of day or run times.
20.4.3 Simultane Transponder Impulse
To test the transponder function, the transponder transmission
can be simulated here.
20.4.4 Additional
When using a transponder system in parallel with the OPTIc3,
it is important that the times of both systems are synchronized
with each other.
The following can be set for smooth use of the transponder
system:
Automatic time compensation:
Automatic time compensation can be set for systems that are
not synchronized. This should be avoided if possible (use syn-
chronized systems).
Impulse offset time [ms]:
If the times from the transponder system always have approx-
imately the same time offset to the times evaluated by the OP-
TIc3, then this time offset should be entered here. The time
offset can arise, for example, from the fact that the data from
the transponder system arrive delayed via an interface in the OPTIc3.
