6.4.1 Deposits removable with water and brush
Plates do not need to be removed from the heat exchanger during cleaning.

If necessary, use proper protective equipment. Consider risks such as loose particles and the kind
of media that has been used in the heat exchanger.

Start cleaning when the heating surface is still
wet and the plates are hanging in the frame.

Remove deposits using a soft brush and
running water.

Rinse with water using a high pressure hose.

Plates must be removed from the heat exchanger during cleaning. For a choice of cleaning agents,
