Removing the Fan Tray

Begin by loosening the two captive screws located at the left and right sides of the fan tray. Use a

flat-head screwdriver if necessary.

Loosening the Fan Tray Captive Screws

After the captive screws have been loosened (i.e., disengaged from the threaded holes in the chassis),

pull the fan tray straight out and away from the switch. Refer to the diagrams below for more information.
