7950 SR OS Basic System Configuration Guide
Server
The Server command is used when the node should operate in client mode with the NTP server
specified in the address field. Use the
no
form of this command to remove the server with the
specified address from the configuration.
Up to ten NTP servers can be configured.
CLI Syntax:
config>system>time>ntp
server
ip-address
[key-id
key-id
] [version
version
]
[prefer]
Example
:
config>system>time>ntp#
config>system>time>ntp# server 192.168.1.1 key-id 1
config>system>time>ntp# no shutdown
The following example shows NTP enabled with the
server
command configured.
