2. If the torque wrench is a
new one or it has been
stored for a long time, use
it at a low torque the
fi
rst

inner lubrication can
spread over the mechanical
parts once again.
3. Pay attention to ensure
that that the torque is set
at the lowest level when
the torque wrench is not
in use.
4. Don‘t turn the setting to
lower than the lowest
torque marking.
5. Never use the torque
wrench as normal to
tighten nuts, screws or
holders. This can damage
the mechanism of the
ratchet.
6. This tool is robust and
suitable for usage in a
workshop, but it is also
a precise measuring
instrument and should be
treated as such.
7. Wipe the torque wrench
to clean. Don‘t dip the
torque wrench in any
kind of cleaning product
that affects the inner
lubrication.
8. Don‘t try under any
circumstances to adjust or
to repair the torque
wrench. On request a
complete repair and
calibration service is
available, which is
calculated accordingly.
Maintenance
Because your torque
wrench is a precise mea-
suring instrument, it can
only be maintained by
authorized customer service
personnel.
- Every calibration marking
corresponds to 1 Nm.
- The measuring units are
Nm on one side Nm and
kgm on the other side.
- The torque ranges from 28
Nm up to 210 Nm on one
side of iron pipe, and
2.8 kgm up to 21.0 kgm on
the other side of iron pipe.
