10GigE Port 01 is used for NDI I/O.
10GigE Port 02 can be used for control.
Sixteen Bi-Directional 3G-SDI spigots are arranged into 4 Banks:
Bank 1: Channels 1-4
Bank 2: Channels 5-8
Bank 3: Channels 9-12
Bank 4: Channels 13-16
Each Bank can be configured for:
4x HD
1x 4K
2x HD Video + Key
Banks 1 and 2 can be set to encode or decode, independently of whether Banks 3 

and 4 are set to encode or decode. 
This means that all sixteen Channels can be set for SDI Input or SDI Output. 

Alternatively Ch1-Ch8 could be set to for SDI Input, with Ch9-Ch16 set to SDI 

output, or vice versa.
