4. From the far right column of the Sources (Live) page, under the heading
"Application Connection Settings," note the following:
• Host Server IP Address
• Host Port Number
• Application Name
Enter Settings into HELO Plus Stream 1/2 Output Configuration
1. From your HELO Plus web user interface, select the Stream 1/2 Output
menu.
2. In the Stream Type field, select RTMP.
3. In the RTMP Server URL field, enter the IP address (or URL) of the server
followed by a slash, then the engine name. For example:
rtmp://10.3.0.75/livestream1
-or-
rtmp://wowza.aja.com/livestream1
It is not necessary to enter the port number if you are using the default port
number (1935). For example, when using the default port number, these
two addresses would be equivalent:
rtmp://wowza.aja.com/livestream1
rtmp://wowza.aja.com:1935/livestream1
However, if you are not using the default port number, it will be necessary
to enter it explicitly.
4. In the RTMP Stream Name field, enter the name of the stream. You can
name the stream anything you like, for example, "myStream".
Initiate HELO Plus Streaming Output
To initiate the HELO Plus streaming output, press the Stream button from your
HELO Plus unit's front panel, or click the Stream button from the HELO Plus web
user interface.
YouTube Live
YouTube Live is a free streaming service available to YouTube users.
YouTube Setup
Your YouTube channel must be verified, you need to enable live streaming, and
your account cannot be restricted. See YouTube help for more information about
setting up live streaming.
Encoder Information
Sign in to YouTube, go to your YouTube channel, click on Upload, and click on Live
Streaming.
