Firmware Screen
The Firmware screen allows you to download and install a firmware update from
AJA.
Visit the AJA website (aja.com) to locate and download the latest firmware. The
following page provides support information and will include links to locations
where you can download updates:

After downloading the update to your local drive, use the Browse or Choose File
button to locate the local copy. Follow the prompts to load the new firmware into
your unit.
Log Screen
Selecting the Log menu in the left navigation panel opens a new browser tab in
the web user interface that displays a technical event log.
The current log history is cleared when the HELO Plus is power cycled.
Technical Event Log
The technical event log lists activity that has taken place on your HELO Plus unit.
This information can be useful for analyzing and diagnosing any potential service
issues that may be otherwise challenging to pinpoint for fault analysis.
You can view the log directly from the newly opened browser tab, or export it as
a .TXT file or .CSV file.
