Step 4: Remove the Diesel Burner
1. Locate the diesel burner’s controller and disconnect
both plugs.
2. Using a

/
16
” wrench, loosen the nuts securing each
fuel line to the Aqua-Hot.
3. The diesel burner is secured to the Aqua-Hot with two
nuts that can be loosened and swung out of the way
by using a 10mm socket wrench with a 10 inch long
extension.
Be sure to clamp off the fuel supply and return lines at
the ports on top of the Aqua-Hot PRIOR to beginning this
replacement procedure�
Disconnect both Diesel
