Atomizers/HydroFlex
Check for leaks.
•
Check all connection are tight.
•
Leave it for 10 min and come back, all should be dry.
Check that the pump by-pass is set correctly.

In the front display - Maintenance menu, screen: Adjust By-Pass.
•
Make sure that one zone or AHU is spraying water.
•
Goto ”Adjust By-Pass” screen.
•
Loosen the by-pass.
•
to edit.
•
or
until ”Yes”.
•
Adjust the by-pass slowly CW until setpoint is reached, time limit 30 sec.
•
or
until ”No” or wait until it automaticly returns to ”No”.
•
to exit edit.
•
Lock by-pass position.

Check/replace filter for control box.
•
Check that the ventilator is running uninterrupted and that the filter is clean.
•
Replaced one time per year.
Check sensors.
•
Check that the head of the sensor is clean.
•
Check the sensor reading with a calibrated hand held sensor. Put the hand
held sensor next to the system sensor and wait for a while.
•
Acceptable variation ± 5 %.
•
Check that the sensor reacts when humidity changes - High humidity test.
•
Check that the sensor is located in a good position in the room and is reacting
normal.
- If the operation time for a zone is long or not activated normally, that could
indicate that the sensor has an incorrect position.
Fill in AirtecCare checklist 5.1 - 5.18.
Check that the atomizer is operating normal.
•
Condensing on or around the nozzles/atomizers.
•
Ventilator is clean and is running noiseless and uninterrupted
•
Ventilator is providing sufficient air flow:
- If not, the condensator could be broken.
•
Nozzles are starting and stopping correctly. Dripping could be caused by
- Defect nozzle.
- Broken contra valve.
- Low water pressure at the nozzle.
- Solenoid valve defect.
•
Check for leaks:
