Before you start:
•
Take the 10 mm hoses from RO permeate and disconnect them at the tank and put them to
the drain.
•
Slowly turn on water supply to avoid pressure boost.
Power on:
•
Connect power supply.
•
Check that supply voltage is connected correctly.
•
Turn on fuse F3, 2A.
•
System will startup and open water inlet, permeate production starts.
•
Let the system run in this position until all air is out of the membranes.
Turn on fuse F1 3x13A, the membrane pressure pump will start.
Check that the production pump is running the correct way, see the top of the pump.
Adjust membrane pressure: Adjust membrane pressure on the 1/2” needle valve on the back:
12 bar with 1 membrane.
10 bar with 2-3 membranes.
Adjust drain %:
•
Measure and note the permeate water flow l/h, you can have multiple hoses.
•
Measure and note the drain water flow l/h.
•
Adjust the 1/4” drain needle valve until the required drain flow is reached:
min. 30 % with softener.
- Use formula ”with softener” to calculate.
min. 50 % without softener.
- Use formula ”without softener” to calculate.
•
Lock the valve with the designated nut.
•
Turn off fuse F1 and F3.
•
Reconnect the 10 mm permate hoses to the tank.
•
Turn on fuse F1 and F3.
Produce tank with
permeate water:
•
Produce one tank of permeate water and drain it off.
•
Produce one more tank.
