Telephone Shower Head
The telephone shower head is designed to give
maximum flexibility in usage, and provides for water-
saving techniques when using your trailer on self-
containment It can be held in the hand and moved
about the body Normally, the best water conservation
procedure is to wet the entire body and then turn the
water off Apply soap, lather thoroughly, and then rinse
the soap off
Retractable Clothesline
A retractable clothesline and line hook is installed for
your convenience in the shower stall of the trailer
Dinette
Flying Cloud models have dinettes which can be made
into a bed by raising up on the front of the table and
folding the table leg up against the bottom of the leaf
As the table is raised, it will unhook from the upper
wall brackets Once unhooked, the wall hinge will
allow it to be pulled out and lowered on the supports
of the dinette seats The backrests of the seats are
placed over the table to complete the conversion It is
recommended to travel with the table in the lowered
position
On 23 ft front bed and 30 ft Bunk models the dinette
table has a telescoping pedestal leg To lower, release
the black compression clamp lever on the pedestal leg
and push the table down Once lowered, clamp the
lever back to lock the leg in position On the bottom of
the table top a latch is installed and can be released
to allow the table top to slide out towards the aisle
Use the dinettes backrests to cover the table top and
complete the conversion
For conversion on the 26 ft model the tables legs will
need to be removed Remove the table tops from the
legs by pulling the top upward With the table tops
detached the legs can now be removed by depressing
the black buttons on each of the floor sockets and
rotating the table legs The legs can be stored in the
storage area below the TV When needed, the table
tops can be stored in the same location With the table
legs out of the way, the table tops can now be placed
on the supports located on the dinette seats Once in
position the table tops should sit flush with the dinette
seats The backrests of the dinette can be placed over
the table tops to complete the conversion
Vinyl Flooring
General Cleaning
Use a soft broom to sweep the floor. A vacuum cleaner
may damage the flooring, especially the type that use
beater bars In most cases, a clean damp cloth or mop
will suffice to clean dirty flooring. When necessary, a
solution of mild detergent or domestic floor cleaning
emulsion can be used to clean the flooring. Do not use
a wire brush or nylon scouring pads, furniture polish,
spirit-based polish, powder or liquid abrasive cleaners,
bleach or other strong detergents Scuffs, dirt, and
spillages should be cleaned up as soon as possible
Rubber backing on doormats may result in yellow
discoloration of the floor immediately beneath. Choose
a natural fiber mat. Rubber feet on furniture may cause
staining Remove them altogether or place coasters or
felt pads between them and the floor.
Polishing the Flooring
Cushioned floors that have an additional protective
coating such as Beauflor Premium Protect, Multi
Protect and Ultragrip, do not normally require polish
Other floors (Bartoli/Lioni) will require polishing to
protect the floor’s surface from staining agents and
give a surface shine For these, apply a liquid emulsion
floor polish immediately after installation and thereafter
at 6 to 12 monthly intervals as required Always follow
the manufacturer’s instructions when using a floor
polish or cleaner and ensure it is suitable for use with
cushioned vinyl flooring.
Shower Stall
To clean your fiberglass (plastic on 23 ft. rear bath)
shower stall unit, use warm water and one of the
stronger liquid detergents Do not use abrasive
cleaners as they may scratch and dull the surface
of your unit Stubborn stains can be removed with
solvents such as turpentine, paint thinner, or acetone
Restore dulled areas by rubbing with an automotive
type liquid cleaner, then, put the soft glow back into
your unit with a light application of liquid wax
CAUTION
Applying wax to the base of the shower floor is
not recommended, as this could create an unsafe
surface.
