9. Connect the respective electrical wires to the automatic drain valves
of the filter assembly. Refer to Appendix A of the instruction manual for
the electrical schematics pertinent to the oxygen generator model.
10. Remove the plug from the oxygen outlet on the oxygen generator.
Take care to prevent contamination from dust, oil, grease, etc. of the
oxygen outlet and oxygen hose or piping.
11. Connect the oxygen outlet to the oxygen hose or piping to the oxygen
receiver. Use Teflon™ tape to seal threaded connections.
12. Connect electrical wiring to the appropriate power supply.
AirSep Corporation recommends the connection of the oxygen
generator’s terminal block to a circuit that cannot be accidentally
turned off. An accidental shutdown causes the oxygen generator
to stop cycling randomly and results in initially lower concentration
oxygen during the subsequent start-up. If electrical power is
off while your application uses oxygen, the oxygen receiver
depressurizes.
Provide proper voltage to the oxygen generator. Improper voltage
causes damage not covered under the AirSep Corporation Product
Warranty.
