Alarms and Warnings
Beside the optical symbols of alarms, alarms will be indicated also acoustically (and if
enabled by the nurse call system). If an acoustic alarm will come up, you can see a bell into
the display as well.
The alarm sound will be active until the operator quits the alarm sounds by pressing the alarm
key button , which will be confirmed by a signal beep of one second.
If an alarm has been quitted, the bell is crossed out in the display, but it is still shown as the
alarm signal.
For the case of warnings: also warnings can be put out acoustically and/or by the nurse call
system when it is enabled. In this case, the warnings can be quitted as well.
The visual sign of warning will also stay in the display as a visible sign until the reason for
this warning or reason for this alarm will be solved.
Alarms have higher priority than warnings. An alarm over and warning in the display.

Warnings:

Pump up:
1
The mattress is still into pump-up-procedure and it is not
allowed to place the patient onto the mattress. If the
pressure inside each cell is sufficient and is stable for
minimum of 10 seconds, the warning will go away.
No Movement:
2
This warning will come up if alternating/cycle mode is
enabled AND within the chosen patient monitoring time
NO patient movement is being detected.
Alarms:

This alarm will come up if within 10 minutes the given
pressure inside the cells is not correct and can't be reached
in a sufficient value - in the meaning of " pressure is too
low".
No Movement:
4
This warning will come up if alternating/cycle mode is
ENabled AND within the chosen patient monitoring time
NO patient movement is being detected AFTER the second
run (passed the chosen patient monitoring time with "no
movement" for the SECOND time).
If alternating/cycle mode is DISabled, this warning will
come up when within the chosen patient monitoring time
NO patient movement is being detected AFTER the FIRST
run (passed the chosen patient monitoring time with "no
movement" for the FIRST time)
