Change oil separator
Every 2,000 hours
Even before the periodic interval time of replacement, replace the oil separator element whenever
the oil consumption increases and also oil is found mixed in the discharge air. When replacing oil
separator, contact directly us or distributor because it requires expert technical knowledge.
When replacing oil separator [A], make sure to replace gasket [B]
･
[C] at the same time.
(For part number, See 5.4)
The oil separator [A] is made from electrically conducting material in order to be anti-static.
Also gaskets [B]
･
[C] is treated for conduction by using staplers. Make sure to use our genuine parts
for replacement.
<Procedure>
1.
In order to pull out the separator, remove the bolts (4 pieces) fixing the top cover on the separator
cover.
2.
Remove nylon tubes and copper pipes connected to the pipes and parts fitted on the separator
cover, using a spanner.
3.
At first remove the union joint
between separator outlet and air outlet.
4.
Remove the fixing bolts (8 pcs.) of separator cover, using an impact wrench etc.
5.
Screw two lifting eyebolts (M12) for the 2 threaded holes provided on the separator cover.
6.
Hook rope to lifting bolts, and remove separator cover while lifting with crane. Then pull out the
separator.
