An X-ray image can be recorded to test whether
the unit has been connected correctly.

Commissioning tests
The required tests (e.g. acceptance test) must be
done in accordance with local rules and regula-
tions.

Check image quality
We recommend repeating the test every 3
months. In the event that this requirement devi-
ates from national requirements, please follow
and apply the corresponding national require-
ments.
The image quality test is carried out with
VisionX Inspect (see VisionX handbook, order
number: E7303 (2110200001).
The following aids are required:
– VisionX Inspect imaging software
– Test phantom for 2D X-rays (see "3.3 Optional
Positioning the test phantom

On the right-hand side of the insertion opening
push the sensor as far as it will go into the test
phantom. The active side of the sensor must
be facing toward the X-ray emitter.
In addition, a small amount of cotton wool
wadding can be inserted on the side
between the sensor and the test phantom
to secure the sensor in position.
