> Push and place the tank properly.
The power
indicator is lit, but
the appliance
does not
produce steam
at the outlet
> The humidity level chosen on
the electronic hygrostat or
via HygroSmart® is reached.
Abnormal noise
> There is not enough water in
the tank.
> Add water to the tank.
> The device is not on a stable
surface.
> Position the tank on a flat and stable
surface.
The appliance
leaks
> The appliance tank must not
be filled from above.
> Fill the tank as indicated.
> The tank cap is not properly
closed.
> Tighten the tank cap securely.
> The seal of the tank cap has
fallen off during filling.
> Replace the seal in the cap.
The humidity
indicated by the
device does not
change
> The room to be humidified is
over-sized.
> Compare with a third-party
hygrometer to check if the
hygrometer of the device is
defective.
> The hygrometer sensor is dirty.
> Clean the hygrometer by blowing
into the sensor hole to dislodge any
dust particles
