Encoder
Encoder can be connected to Line0, Line1 and it counts 2
phases signal to generate triggers by the specified ratio of
the duration.
NOTE
ABL-010IR-CL is not supported.

NOTE
Be sure to set phase A and B with one each between Line0
and Line1. In case only one of phase A or B is configured
or both phases are set to the same Line, the encoder does
not work correctly.

Counter
Up/Down signal which is output from a PhaseDecoder is
counted, and counting is performed in 64bit including the
symbols. The counted value of 64bit is acquired by means
of following command
