ADJUSTING THE CHAIR (CONTINUED)

WARNING:

 

Please ensure you take care when adjusting chair positions to avoid trapping or 

pinching of body parts.

Only the occupant or a reasonable person should operate the chair adjustments.

Chair should be returned to the seated position when not in use. 

CAUTIONS:

• If the chair does not work properly, please contact the supplier.

• Only trained technicians should attempt repairs.

• There are no user serviceable parts inside.

FOOTREST RETRACT/SEAT 

LIFT

Pushing this button will retract the 

footrest. The movement can be 

stopped by releasing the button. 

Continuing to press the button 

will fully retract the footrest and 

raise the chair, eanbling the user 

to stand.

FOOTREST RECLINE

Pushing this button will raise the 

footrest. The movement can be 

stopped by releasing the button.

BACKREST RISE

Pushing this button will raise the 

back rest from a lowered position.  

The movement can be stopped 

by releasing the button.

BACKREST RECLINE

Pushing this button will recline 

the backrest. The movement 

can be stopped by releasing the 

button.

BACKREST RISE/FOOTREST 

RETRACT/CHAIR RAISE

Pushing this button will raise the 

backrest, retract the footrest and 

raise the chair, enabling the user 

to stand. The movement can be 

stopped by releasing the button.

BACKREST RECLINE/

FOOTREST RAISE/CHAIR 

LOWER

Pushing this button will recline 

the backrest, raise the footrest 

and lower the chair, keeping the 

button fully depressed will put the 

chair into sleeping/relax mode.

The movement can be stopped 

by releasing the button.

WARNING

 

Please lower the chair with caution as there is a risk of entrapment. Ensure there are 

no children or pets underneath the chair when lowering. Also carers should stand clear of the 
chair when lowering.
