2�7 Removing and Installing the Disk Drive Backplane Module
2.7.1 Removing the backplane module
Step 1
Detach the cables and the hard disk drives from the backplane.
Step 2
Loosen the screws x 6 on the backplane module.
Step 3
Lift the backplane out of the enclosure.
2.7.2 Installing the backplane module
Step 1
Place the disk drive backplane module into the enclosure.
Step 2
Attach the disk drive backplane module into the enclosures by
securing the screws.
